Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous Diwali! :)
Well well, its festival time and we women are very busy finding ways to look our best! Today's post is an eye-makeup tutorial helping you look complete with all the gorgeous outfits you all will be donning.
The eye-makeup is dominantly pink in color because it is one eye shadow that compliments most of the indian ethnic wear. Whether it is blue, green, yellow or even red for that matter you're wearing; this eye-makeup will suit 'em all!
The Look:
Products Used:
Loreal Base Magique Primer.
Revlon Custom Eyes Eyeshadow Pallette - Naturally Glamorous.
Chambor Trio Eyeshadow - Rose Shimmer.
Chambor Eye Pencil - Forever Black.
Maybelline The Falsies Mascara.
Steps:
1. Prep your eye lid with the primer using your ring finger (it causes least pressure amongst all our fingers on delicate areas like eye lids.)
2. Apply Shade 1 from Chambor Trio Eyeshadow all over your lids. From the outer corner of your eyes apply it till your brow bone.
3. Apply Shade 4 from Revlon Custom Eyes Eyeshadow Pallette to the outer corner of eyes creating a 'V'. End the 'V' in the middle of the crease of your eyes. Fill 1/4 of the outer corner of eyes with the same shade.
4. Apply Shade 2 from Chambor Trio Eyeshadow in the middle of your eye lids.
5. Apply Shade 4 from Revlon Custom Eyes Eyeshadow Pallette below your lashline towards the outer half. Apply Shade 1 from Chambor Trio Eyeshadow below your lashline towards the inner half.
6. Apply Shade 3 from Revlon Custom Eyes Eyeshadow Pallette in the inner corner of your eyes and just below your eyebrow arch.
7. Apply eye pencil on your lashline.
8. Curl your lashes and apply mascara.
9. Fill in your brows with an angular brush with Shade 1 from Revlon Custom Eyes Eyeshadow Pallette.
**One point I wanted to add was, since this eye makeup was already giving me deep discreet eyes, I chose to skip lining my upper lash line. If you want to go all glam and define your eyes a bit more, you can have a thin cat eye liner done up.
Close up:
Have a Blasting Diwali.
