A Denim Story.

Greetings to All!

While I take an oath to be time-honored in every post, lets move on to today's topic: The Denim. All of us have one piece of denim which has taken a permanent place in our closet, our very own Jeans. But it can be worn in different forms like skirts, overalls, jackets etc.

                       After jeans, the denim jacket is the most versatile piece you can ever own. Its an evergreen and everlasting piece paving way for itself and surviving in this continuously trend changing era.You can wear it in the following ways to get hold of the look you desire:

  • Over maxi dresses : For the bohemian free spirited look.
  • Over short dresses (skater/shift dress specifically) : For the city chic look.
  • Over non-denim shorts : For a wild and bold look.
  • Over leggings/jeggings : For an edgy casual look. 
                        One important point to remember is to never overdo it. Never wear more than one denim piece. For eg: Denim jacket with denim jeans. This point is to be remembered while trying out any trend. Well ofcourse, if you're in for the authentic retro look, going denim all over is going to be your best bet! ;)

I chose the sleeveless one because my city has been blessed with more warmer days *stingy face.*
